Ultra Training: 2013 Week 51
I may have been a bit overly enthusiastic in my UltraMarathon training by running every day this past week. My training is unintentionally cyclical, varying between weeks with miles in the single digits up to 40 mile weeks. This week I renewed my commitment to running and ramped up the number of exercises.
